Edgebanding
Our advanced computerised edgebander enables us to produce high quality panels lipped with a wide range of finishes from melamine tape to hardwood. With pre milling and automatic corner rounding we can produce excellent panels in MFC and MDF, and also apply matching laminates the edges of worktops and decorative panels
Many applications call for curved and circular panels which pose no problem for our radius edgebanding machines.
Machining
We have a large and diverse CNC shop with 6 machines producing everything from one off architectural components to production runs of thousands. Because of the diverse nature of our equipment, we always have the right machine for each individual job, ensuring that we can provide the best quality and value in manufacturing in every situation.
